    AMERICAN GUNSMITH TOOLING

    American Made Gunsmith Tooling
We here at American Gunsmith Tooling have designed and tested this end mill to run with the higher RPM tools necessary to complete your project. This end mill is nothing like you have ever seen or used before. The competition's tooling is of decades old geometry, which is no longer applicable in today's applications. AGT has once again pushed the boundaries of tooling geometry and coatings to bring you the best end mills on the market. We use 100% American raw materials and American workers to produce these amazing tools, and the best part is we found away to sell these tools at inferior import prices. So buy with confidence that this end mill will
    Outperform
    and
    Outlast
any tooling on the market. Please visit web site for more information on tooling and many "how to videos and instructions.

"ZrN" Coated American made Solid Carbide End Mill

This design allows heavy chip load per tooth,
for maximum material removal in aluminum.
    Please Read !!
This End Mill is different then any end mill you may have used before and has very different cutting characteristics.
With that being said if you follow our advice on how this cutter should be used, your project should be easier and with much better finished results.
No end mill is made to run at the high RPM's that present day routers are running, so run router at lowest possible speed. You
    MUST
keep both hands firmly on router and not to let it jump or bounce as this will cause damage to any tool. If our end mill wants to bounce or jump that means you are forcing and cutting too fast.
Remember our end mill is very sharp and has a unique geometry and flutes, which will make it's cutting characteristics very different then other end mills on market. Cut slow and use light to moderate force when cutting (let tool do the cutting and you just guide it through the process)
    BEWARE!!
of cheap knock off tooling being sold on

    .
    Tooling is made in a
    American Facility
    by an
    American Workforce
    using only
    American Made
raw materials!! I see no mention of where, how, or with what raw materials and what coating these knock off tools are being made.
Between our website and EBAY we have sold over 10,000 of these 1/4" end mills
