Alvin And The Chipmunks Simon Life Size 5' Foot Statue

This is a Simon of Alvin & The Chipmunks 5 foot life size statue. I have read on the internet that these were issued as promotions for the movie and the bottom shows that it is from 2009. The bottom hole that the tail attaches to shows Simon and has numbers and info on it and the Tail shows a sticker for Theodore so the tails may have gotten mixed up with the original Theodore statue and it still fits and sits perfectly. It is in very nice and clean condition with only some tiny marks and some scratches around the ear area at the end of the sunglasses and some spots of wear on the toe edge area and it doesn't have any cracks. I show a number of photos and it measures 27" wide from the outer toe to the other outer toe, and is 35" deep to the front of the left foot to the back of the tail, and it stands 60" high from the ground to the top of the ear and it weighs in at 40 lbs. I don't have a way to pack and ship this piece and the buyer will need to pick it up or make arrangements with a shipping company for it to be picked up and shipped as it is shown.
