The GE WAVE Bioreactor 20/50EH is a flexible system built for use in Research and Development and the pharmaceutical production arena. Its modular system consists of a base unit and various integral options suitable for the culture of multiple cell lines. The benchtop design makes for easy access and convenient control. The WAVE Bioreactor benchtop design makes for easy access and convenient control. This wave rocker has a heater range of between 10 above ambient to 50°C, and a rocking angle of between 2-9°. This GE wave bioreactor uses Pre-sterilized, single-use Cellbag bioreactors protect from risk of cross-contamination, no cleaning, and involve minimal validation & ready-to-use format. The systems are capable of handling culture volumes from 100mL up to 20 L, (50L with a different tray) and allows you to control the degree of angle, rocking speed and heater temperature through easy to read, digital control screens. he GE Wave Biotech CO2Mix20-R provides your bioreactor cell bags with variable carbon dioxide concentrations. This air controller is designed to work in tandem with the Biotech Bioreactors, inflating, ventilating, and maintaining pressure for aeration and pH control of mammalian cell cultures. The regulator of this mixer adjusts the gas pressure, measures the CO2 concentration, and maintains the user’s set point, up to 15%. Connection to the Wave Bioreactors is set up through a MODBUS data port.
