In addition, they will not service the KL-15, KL-15e, KL-15i and any
KL-15,  if over 8 years old.
If all else fails, Send us your Kirby machine for repair . . . We will diagnose the problem and give you an exact cost estimate before doing any repairs.

I have used KIRBY LESTER counting machines in the practice of Pharmacy starting with my first KL-7 in our Compounding Pharmacy in 1975, Then, for 11 years in a mail-order setting, keeping KL-8's, KL-X's, and KL-15e's operational. . . fixing broken ones, and replacing parts and circuit boards, u
ntil 2009. Then, I continued to use and repair the KL-15e machines till the present.
