New Brunswick Scientific Model CF-14 Glass Bioreactor Fermentation Vessel. Roughly 24" tall and a diameter of  12", but the pyrex is slightly smaller than the outer dimensions so I believe the model number is referring to the working volume, i.e. 14 Liters.
Comes with what you see, so it needs some hardware on the top, this is basically just the bioreactor chamber.
