The list is a brand new video toolmaker measuring microscope and it can measure XY up to 2.5 inch length. It equips a 2.5 x 2.5 XY travel stage with choices of 1” mechanical or electronic micrometer heads, 0.7X-5X manual detent zoom lens with 20X – 150X total magnification, 3M USB2 digital camera, adjustable LED back light and LED ring light, Dell computer with Windows 10 and 24 inch LCD monitor and DMP1000 measurement and imaging software.
The scope performs measurement either using software movable crosshair within FOV or by using micrometer heads and fixed crosshair on the software. The maximum FOV size in X is 0.375 inch at lowest optical magnification. By moving crosshair only, it can use software DRO or measurement functions to measure distance, circle, angle and area. When using micrometer heads for measurement, crosshair of the software is used for alignment. With additional gage blocks (not included), can measure up to 2.5 inch length. Cannot combine crosshair movement and stage movement in single measurement.
DMP1000 measuring and imaging software is very easy to use. Additional to measurement, also provides function for overlay, comparison, drawing and saving JPEG or bitmap images with annotation.
